Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Start a return
Email support@k9autoshield.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide the required return label, return address, and instructions. Returns sent without authorization or with any other label may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for applicable return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation after they are placed. If an order has already shipped, the return process applies.
