Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Delivery
Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Address changes
Review your shipping address before ordering. Email support@k9autoshield.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins and are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Delays, loss, or damage
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@k9autoshield.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide the available resolution.

Multiple packages
Items may occasionally arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping charge.
